1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VeoClip (the "Service"), operated by VeoClip ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

VeoClip is an AI-powered platform that generates short-form videos from a text prompt. The Service automatically produces scripts and visuals and lets you download the resulting video files for your own use, subject to these Terms and your selected plan.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, or distribute content that:

• Infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• Is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, violent, or sexually explicit;
• Impersonates any person or misrepresents your affiliation;
• Contains malware or attempts to disrupt or abuse the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or applicable law.

5. User Content and AI-Generated Output

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and full payment, you may use the videos generated for you ("Output") for personal and commercial purposes. You are solely responsible for the prompts you provide and for ensuring your use of the Output complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.

6. Plans, Credits, and Payment

The Service offers Free and paid plans. Paid plans are a one-time payment that grants a set number of video generations during a one-month service period starting on the payment date. Credits are consumed as you generate videos. There is no automatic renewal or recurring billing. Prices are shown at checkout and include applicable taxes where required.

7. Service Period and Expiry

Unused generations expire at the end of the one-month service period and do not carry over. To continue using paid features after expiry, you may purchase a plan again.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by VeoClip and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our trademarks or technology except the limited right to use the Service as intended.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Output will be error-free, suitable for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VeoClip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the one month preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
